You can file a complaint in order to exercise your rights based on compliance, including for incorrectly calculated prices and other deficiencies. The seller covers the costs of returning the goods.

Claims related to incorrect size selection are solely the responsibillity of the customer, and not of the DIG brand. Please note that shipping costs for returns and exchanges are the responsibillity of the customer both ways.

We will confirm the receipt of your complaint electronically and inform you of the number under which your complaint is registered in the Record of Received Complaints.
You will receive a response to your complaint electronically immediately, but no later than 8 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. The resolution period for a complaint cannot exceed 15 days from the date of submission. The extension of the resolution period for complaints is possible only once. If you are unable to provide the product packaging, this cannot be a condition for resolving the complaint nor a reason for rejecting the resolution of non-compliance.
In accordance with Article 55 and Article 151 of the Consumer Protection Law (Official Gazette of RS, No. 62/2014, 6/2016, 44/2018, 88/2021 - other law), we inform customers that they have the option of resolving consumer disputes out of court. Out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes is conducted in a transparent, efficient, fast, and fair manner before a body for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The Ministry of Trade, Tourism, and Telecommunications compiles a list of bodies and publishes it publicly. It is available at the address. https://mtt.gov.rs/tekst/2306/zaštita-potrosaca.php. The procedure before the body can be initiated by the CONSUMER with a proposal only if they have previously filed a complaint or objection and not after the expiration of 1 (one) year from the date of filing the complaint. As a SELLER, we are obliged by law to participate in the procedure for out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. Each party in the out-of-court resolution procedure bears its own costs (representation costs, travel costs, etc.).
In case of returning goods and refunding the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards, partially or in full, regardless of the reason for the return, DIG is obliged to make refunds exclusively through VISA, EC/MC, and Maestro payment methods, which means that the bank will carry out the refund to the cardholder's account at the seller's request.
